Eliot Lodge Manager, Debs raises over £2,100 for the Sands Charity

Our inspiring Lodge Manager, Deborah Wibberley recently walked 100km in a month to raise money for Sands - baby loss charity, an important charity which supports families affected by pregnancy loss and baby death.
Her successful challenge raised over £1,120 in sponsorship, which was topped up with £1,000 of match funding from the Churchill Foundation to boost the total amount going to this fantastic cause.
Debs joined thousands of supporters 'Walking 100km this March' to save babies’ lives, supporting bereaved families and remembering every precious baby sadly not here today.

Debs said: “Supporting this charity means so much to me and all of those who have faced the tragedy of losing a baby. Thank you to everyone who helped smash my fundraising target. I am forever grateful for the generous donations, for such an amazing charity. With the help of the Churchill Foundation, who will match fund my efforts, we have made this a very special donation.”
