Managing Director, Churchill Estates Management.

Emma has worked in the charitable sector since 2010, previously the Director at Quintessentially Foundation where she raised over £5 million and now sits as a trustee.

Nicola Wallace-Walton
Foundation Manager

Nicola has many years of experience in event management, working in the volunteer sector and working with charitable organisations.

Nicola will be managing all activities to do with the Churchill Foundation.

Spencer J McCarthy

Chairman and CEO of Churchill Retirement Living

Spencer is the Co-Founder of Churchill Retirement Living. He believes strongly in giving something back to those who need it, and was a driving force behind setting up the Churchill Foundation in 2015. He has taken part in a number of challenges with the Foundation, from a skydive to a sleep out, and even a fashion show.

Clinton McCarthy

Managing Director, Churchill Retirement Living

Clinton is co-founder of Churchill Retirement Living and is passionate about driving the charity forward to achieve its goals and ambitions. He has been involved in several charitable campaigns, even shaving his head for Macmillan!

Suzanne Revell

Group Sales and Marketing Director, Churchill Retirement Living

Suzanne has been a Trustee since 2015 and is focused on driving Colleague participation in the Foundation’s various events throughout the year, as well as encouraging individuals to take on their own fundraising challenges.


Lindsay Matthews

Director of Financial Control, Churchill Retirement Living

Lindsay has been a member of the Churchill team since 2002. As a Trustee, her focus is on ensuring the Foundation meets its financial regulatory responsibilities, as well as driving engagement with the Foundation among her Colleagues.
